Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War is an action flight simulation for the PS2 console, which takes place 15 years before the events of Ace Combat 5 and reveals the events that gradually developed into the situation that the player then had to deal with in Ace Combat 5. Now he is offered the role of a mercenary/hired pilot, whose services are purchased by the small country of Ustio, neighboring the much larger state of Belka. It is with the pilots of the latter country that the player will compete in a series of dogfights, or one-on-one fights, during AC: Belkan War. Each of the competing pilots will use their own special combat strategy, which the player will have to cope with and also manage the coordination of their fellow fighters in the squadron. We can expect a number of realistically created aircraft and the dramatic storyline that the Ace Combat series is known for. There will also be new gameplay elements that will extend the life of the game and increase tension.
