You work on the West Coast of the United States. You will encounter a variety of environments: a historic district, a business district, and an industrial area. Every neighborhood is different and accidents, both small and large, can occur. Residents have different lifestyles and activities that result in different types of accidents.

Let your siren be heard

When the alarm sounds, you must jump into your ambulance, turn on the siren and drive to the scene of the accident as quickly as possible. It takes great driving skills to navigate through the congested streets to find the best route to your destination.

Save lives

Once you arrive at the scene of an accident, analyze the situation and determine the correct course of action for each person. Talk to the victims and find out the circumstances of the accident. Calm them down, perform the necessary checks and use the range of tools at your disposal to determine an initial diagnosis. You can then provide first aid and, if the injuries are too serious, you can pull out a stretcher and transport the victim to the hospital as quickly as possible. After a certain number of interventions, you will be assigned a new district with different situations. You will also receive new tools in the ambulance.

Keep a cool head even in the most difficult situations

Disasters can happen on your shift and it will be up to you to manage them. During these extremely serious emergencies, you will encounter a number of injured people who you must quickly assess while remaining calm. You must classify the victims according to the severity of their injuries and save as many of them as possible. You will be confronted with moral dilemmas that will directly impact the patients' chances of survival. You will have to make the right decisions, because sometimes it simply will not be possible to save everyone. Can you think clearly?
