Red is a graffiti artist who has lost his head and uses a cyber-head instead. In his search for his roots, he joins the Bomb Rush Crew, which includes Tryce and Bel. Together, they decide to go to All City to become the best graffiti crew in the city. The more territory they gain, the more they learn about who cut off Red's head and how deeply his human side is connected to the world of graffiti.
