A campaign like never before
For the first time in the series' history, you can play the entire campaign in co-op with up to four players. Together, you'll experience all the explosive cinematic moments the series is famous for, while exploring significantly larger and more open locations. This allows you to come up with new tactics every time you play. And now, each player is fully customizable - you can choose your weapons, equipment, abilities, and clothing. Throughout the campaign, you gain experience and improve everything.
Multiplayer on a new level

Black Ops introduces a new chain-based movement style that allows you to move through environments with fluidity and agility. Controllable thrusters, slides, and overlapping abilities in multiple combinations allow for ultimate control over your character while still aiming your weapon at the nearest enemy. All maps are designed from the ground up for the new movement style, but can be mastered even if you are familiar with the original control style.

Multiplayer also introduces a new character system - Specialist. This is used to level up and improve certain character attributes and weapons. The new system adds a third leveling option to the current Traditional and Weapons XP.

Zombies as you don't know them
Zombies mode is almost a game within a game in Black Ops 3. With a completely different setting in the swinging 1940s, it transports you into a crazy and stylish zombie mayhem with its own story.
