Description of KD83A:

This premium 75% keyboard features factory-lubricated G3ms Sapphire switches, unique CSA Profile keycaps made of double PBT plastic, ENG characters, fully customizable RGB backlighting, and lubricated PCB Mount stabilizers. It has a comprehensive sound isolation system that suppresses the noise generated while typing. The sound isolation layers consist of sound-absorbing foam and layers of silicone for additional noise isolation.

The 75% keyboard is compact. This is ideal for gamers who require more desk space for quick mouse movements on the go. This is the most ideal size because it combines the length of the 65% keyboard and also manages to retain the function keys. This allows for countless custom macros!

G3ms Sapphire mechanical switches
The G3ms switches are the first switches designed by the Dark Project engineering team. The improved design has a smaller contact area between the spindle (moving part) and the housing, reducing the friction surface. The G3ms Sapphire switches are lubricated during the manufacturing process to ensure maximum smoothness and reduce any unpleasant noises

Layout - ENG
Profile - CSA. The unique CSA profile has a rounded shape and gently beveled sides. This provides a more natural typing experience and reduces finger fatigue by allowing the fingers to rest in a more relaxed position.
Keychain material - PBT (polybutylene terephthalate). PBT plastic is highly resistant to chemicals. This makes it much more durable and abrasion-resistant than ABS.
Production technology - Double-Shot (double molding). The keychain consists of 2 separate plastic molds. At high temperatures and pressure, these plastic molds are combined. Using this method ensures that the symbols on the keys will never be erased, even after long and intensive use.

Complete noise insulation
The KD83A keyboard boasts a unique sound insulation solution known as Silent Mount. In addition to two silicone layers placed under the board and under the PCB, the bottom silicone pad has a system of strips placed between all points of contact between the parts of the case, which provide additional cushioning. The screws that secure the keyboard body are also finished with silicone caps, which further enhance the sound insulation capabilities. The result is a comprehensive sound insulation system that far exceeds the standard sound insulation solutions on the market.

Hot swap
HotSwap technology allows the user to replace switches without disassembling the keyboard. No more need for a desoldering iron. Easily replaceable switches not only increase its maintainability, but also offer the user the ability to fully customize the keyboard.

16.8 million RGB colors
Bright RGB backlighting with a wide range of fully customizable effects. A separate LED under each key provides a directional light beam, intensity and brightness can be adjusted using the Dark Project software. You can also change the RGB backlighting settings by pressing the preset hotkeys listed in your manual.

Lubricated stabilizers
During the process of assembling the keyboard onto the conveyor system, the stabilizers are lubricated by hand. The lubricated stabilizers provide a smooth, pleasant feel when pressed. Not only are they pleasant to the touch, but the lubricant also produces a pleasant sound.
