The sixth installment in the legendary Disgaea series tells a tale of revenge and rebellion. Revenge mode upgrades your characters with bonus abilities. Perform powerful Alliance Attacks by building relationships between your characters! These special moves are only available to the main characters, and only if their relationships are properly balanced. Recruitment is a familiar feature for fans of the Disgaea series. This system allows you to choose from over 40 races and professions, and thus choose new team members with the exact traits you desire. While previous games in the series have shown glimpses of the darkness found in the Netherworlds, Disgaea 5 takes you to countless of these dark locations.
