The story of Final Fantasy X-2 takes place two years after the Defeat of Sin and its main character, or rather heroine, is the charming Yuna, who this time presents herself in a slightly rougher style á la Lara Croft. The story is set again in the environment of Spira, with the only difference being that now its inhabitants use more modern technology. Other improvements include a new way of fighting or new job classes.
