Description
As if Harry Potter's adventures weren't magical enough, now you can experience his first four years at Hogwarts in Lego. You can now control Harry and dozens of other familiar characters, similar to the popular Lego Star Wars, Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Batman games.
The Grand Staircase makes its Lego debut. Hagrid and Harry explore a Lego version of Diagon Alley. Hermione uses earplugs to deal with a Lego mandrake. Control dozens of diverse characters, including Ron. Each character has their own unique quirks and skills, from flying on a broomstick to a wide range of magical abilities.
Arguably the most important spell that almost every character can cast is Wingardium Leviosa, which allows you to magically move Lego bricks and build various objects, such as walls and stairs. Over time, you learn new spells and abilities that reflect Harry's rise from Muggle to wizarding master, but this title focuses much less on combat than previous Lego games. Instead, it focuses more on exploration and puzzle-solving, with Hogwarts and other levels filled with a seemingly endless supply of secrets and mysteries waiting to be discovered and unraveled.
- Relive all the adventures from the first four Harry Potter books: The Sorcerer's Stone, The Chamber of Secrets, The Prisoner of Azkaban, and The Goblet of Fire.
- Control over 140 Lego-style characters, from obvious choices like Harry and Ron, to more unconventional ones like Hagrid's dog Fang.
- Gradually learn new spells and mix potions to help you solve puzzles - but be careful not to mix up the ingredients, or you might turn into a frog, or worse.
- For the first time, you can move individual Lego bricks in all sorts of ways and use the Wingardium Leviosa spell to build your own creations from them.
- Invite a friend and play through the entire game together, switching characters at any time and even playing online on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
