Does the Logi Dock support dual Mac monitors with screen extension?

The Logi Dock supports a single display screen extension or dual display for mirroring. Dual monitors for screen extension are only supported with the following setup.

For Mac computers with an Intel Core processor:

• Monitor 1 connected to Logi Dock via HDMI or DisplayPort
• Monitor 2 connected to Mac using USB-C to HDMI adapter

For Macs with the M1 processor:


• Monitor 1 connected to Logi Dock via HDMI or DisplayPort
• Monitor 2 connected to Logi Dock via USB to Displaylink adapter

For Mac Mini M1:


• Monitor 1 connected to Logi Dock via HDMI or DisplayPort
• Monitor 2 connected to the HDMI port of your Mac Mini

For M1 Pro/Max/Ultra:


• Monitor 1 connected to Logi Dock via HDMI or DisplayPort
• Monitor 2 connected to the HDMI port of a Mac / USB-C port of a Mac using an HDMI adapter

If you connect two Mac monitors to the DisplayPort and HDMI ports on the Logi Dock, screen extension will not be possible.

Does the Logi Dock support monitors with Type-C ports?

The Logi Dock only supports monitors connected via HDMI or DisplayPort. If you have a monitor with USB Type-C ports, we recommend using a USB-C to HDMI or USB-C to DisplayPort adapter.

Does the Logi Dock support Thunderbolt connectivity?

The Logi Dock does not support Thunderbolt connections through its USB ports. By connecting the Logi Dock to a Thunderbolt port on your PC or Mac using the included USB-C cable ¹² Connect the included cable to the USB-C upstream port (with the pink ring).   users will be able to use the USB Alt Mode features.
