A loose sequel to the unexpected hit Shadow of Mordor, Shadow of War introduces an original story with the return of Talion and Celebrimbor, who are tasked with breaking through enemy lines and building an army to confront the Dark Lord Sauron. Set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, Shadow of War is a story that will take place in the future.

INFLUENCE THE MEDITERRANEAN WORLD
In the game, you will be equipped with the One Ring of Power and will face deadly enemies, including Sauron and his Nazgul, in a monumental battle for Middle-earth. Shadow of War will once again offer an open world and an improved Nemesis system. The robust system is now applied to the entire world, where the player's actions and decisions shape the environment and characters.

DEVELOPED NEMESIS SYSTEM
Experience a richer and more distinctive world filled with new enemy types, stronger personalities, and deeper stories. For example, if you want to take over an orc fortress but aren't strong enough to take it down, you'll need to weaken it. One way to do this is to lure out and eliminate the boss who is subordinate to the fortress' ruler. You can also destroy monuments that represent the orc clan that rules the region that the fortress is in. Each clan and its focus will affect the shape of the region.

DRAGONS!
You will encounter dragons randomly or as part of the story campaign. There are several types in the game, which can always be sent to the ground with a headshot and then mounted or simply destroyed at close range. Later in the game, you can also use an ability that allows you to control the dragon from a distance. Then, using several types of attacks, you can wreak havoc among the orcs and possibly even eat them, which will restore the dragon's health.

Elaborated skill tree
Once you unlock a certain ability, you can further customize it and unlock several new versions. For example, the Elven Agility upgrade, which allows faster movement and climbing, will allow Talion to cover shorter distances in a flash during combat. Some abilities also give space to the spirit of the elf Celebrimbor, who is bound to Talion. Thanks to the Deadly Specter ability, Celebrimbor will take care of killing the lured enemy, while you can do something else with Talion. And this is just a small sample of all the abilities
