In a brand new chapter based on the official MotoGP World Championship, you can look forward to more than 100 riders, all official manufacturers and racing classes, and 18 tracks.
MotoGP will soon start the 2014 season and along with it, the computer game of the same name will soon see the light of day. The new sequel brings many technical and social improvements made possible by the new generation of consoles. However, the completely redesigned engine and great graphics will shine not only on PlayStation®4, but also on older platforms. You can look forward to new sound, real-time lighting effects and graphic details that have never been seen in a similar game before. And finally, the game will be enriched by a new, richer and more advanced multiplayer mode.
Game characteristics
ONLINE GRAND PRIX
It has the same rules as the offline Grand Prix: you start together and try to make it to the podium. In the online version, you can use either your own driver or one of the official ones.
ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIP
An online championship involves a series of races that must be completed, with the host able to customize the online room to suit the atmosphere of the competition.
MOTOGP SPRINT SEASON
It is divided into three divisions, corresponding to three classes. And what is the goal? To get into the MotoGP™ division and win the championship. To do this, you have to score a certain number of points in a certain number of races in each division.
DIVIDED RACE
This is a race with special rules: you have to complete the maximum number of laps in a limited time. The goal is to get the best time in each time slot, in a close battle with other riders who are trying to eliminate you in each stage.
GRAND PRIX
Here you can set up your race parameters and hit the track. There are a wide range of different options available, so you can end up with anything from a quick one-off encounter to a full-fledged weekend of competition where everything works just like in real life.
MotoGP™ WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
This game mode features teams and riders from MotoGP™ 2014, Moto2™ and Moto3™, allowing you to ride the season as one of the real MotoGP™ racers.
TIMETABLE
Here you can test your performance on a track where there are no rivals to compete with. You can test different bike settings or try to beat the current best time on the online leaderboard.
REAL EVENTS
In this game mode you can relive the best moments from MotoGP™! It includes both historical riders and those from the 2013 MotoGP season. For example, do you want to compete with Jorge Lorenzo in the last, most exciting round as Marco Marques? Now you can!
DRIVER EXPERIENCE (Career Mode)
This mode brings a completely new element to the world of MotoGP™. Here you can work your way up from the bottom to the top, so to speak. You start in the lowest class (Moto3™), and by winning races, changing teams and getting better sponsors, you can work your way up to the top through Moto2™.
In career mode, you will have the following options available, among others:
PRESS, FANS AND SOCIAL NETWORKS
Each rider has an army of fans behind them, whose opinions and moods change according to their favorite's behavior. You will be able to follow the news and atmosphere among the public on the radar, which will be displayed in the menu on every page.
CREATE YOUR OWN DRIVER
At the beginning, you can create a virtual rider completely according to your own ideas. You can edit basically everything, from the first name, last name and nickname to the portrait and driving styles to the helmets and suits.
IMPROVE YOUR MOTORCYCLE
During the season, you can try out new components in certain special test races, with the help of which the team tries to improve the performance of your bikes as much as possible.
