In Murdered: Souls Suspect, you take on the role of Detective Ronan O'Connor (or rather his ghost), who is trapped in limbo after being murdered. It's up to you to use Ronan's newfound supernatural powers to find the killer and bring him to justice.
As Ronan, you are completely free to explore the town of Salem, where the murder took place, the catch is that you cannot communicate with mortals directly. Fortunately, you can read and influence their thoughts, leading them to uncover the killer.
The action elements are then taken care of by clashes with demons, with whom you must fight for your soul. Fight demonic spirits to save your soul and uncover the shocking secret about who is responsible for your death!
