The glorious days of the feared pirate duo Michels and Störtebeker are coming to an end. After a long time without a ship, a small ship finally appears on the horizon that they could raid. But Störtebeker is badly injured and the pirate raid is ignominiously repelled. But it is not just the pirate ship that is sinking. Störtebeker begins to doubt his future as a pirate and falls in love with the beautiful farmer Bille. It seems that their pirate days are numbered. But a mutiny occurs on the ship, and when they discover a secret weapon on the ship, the pirate glory is suddenly restored. Until the enemy consolidates its forces and goes to war against the pirates. Störtebeker and Michels must decide: live as farmers or die as pirates.
