PLA
Materiál PLA je nejpoužívanější materiál v 3D tisku, vhodný pro tisk jak malých výrobků s drobnými detaily, tak i pro tisk velikých výrobků. Vyznačuje se nízkou hodnotou objemového smrštění, bez potřeby vyhřívané podložky či boxu. Proto je často uváděn jako filament, vhodný pro začátečníky, nicméně je využíván i zkušenými tiskaři.
Mezi nevýhody filamentu PLA se řadí především jeho křehkost, nízká teplotní odolnost (do 60°C) a degradace pod UV zářením. Nutno zdůraznit, že daný materiál je biologicky odbouratelný a není vhodný pro tisk mechanicky zatěžovaných součástí.
Teplota tisku: 190 - 220°C
Teplota podložky: 50 - 60°C
Minimální rychlost tisku: 35mm/s
Maximální rychlost tisku: 140mm/s
