This expansion continues the Pokémon VSTAR mechanics introduced in Brilliant Stars and features Pokémon from the Hisui region that were introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. The final evolutions of the starter Pokémon Hisui, Decidueye, Typhlosion, and Samurott are all featured on Pokémon V and Pokémon VSTAR cards in their regional forms.

There are 67 cards available, plus 21 secret cards.
