The popular Škoda 105 L with round headlights, popularly called the "snake", is a derivative variant of the basic type with a lower engine capacity. It was produced from 1976 to 1983 and then, after modernization, until 1990. All versions were produced from the beginning of production until its end in 2011. This version also differs from the "120-seat snake" in the grille, rear spoiler and wheels (decorative chrome hubcaps).
