Model completely made in the Czech Republic!
The Škoda 180/200 RS were prototypes of two-seat racing coupés designed for demanding car competitions. Their shapes were derived from the Škoda 110 R. These prototypes had powerful 1.8 l and 2.0 l engines, a rear axle with a Porsche gearbox and a low roof on the outside, no bumpers and an increased wheel track. In total, one 180 RS (maximum speed 210 km/h) and two 200 RS (maximum speed 250 km/h) were produced. It was on these racing prototypes that the company first used the letters RS, derived from Rallye Sport, in 1974. Based on these prototypes, Škoda developed the two-door racing coupé 130 RS in 1975, which, like the Škoda 110 R, became a successful model.
