The game is set in 20th century Great Britain during the deadly Spanish Flu epidemic. The streets of London are crippled by disease, violence and fear. Those foolish or desperate or unlucky enough to find themselves on the streets of this utterly chaotic and haunted city fall prey to the most elusive predators to roam Britain: vampires.

A tortured character rises from the chaos. As the player, it is up to you to decide how to utilize your new powers. Choose your specialization from a diverse tree of deadly abilities.
A prominent doctor, recently transformed into a vampire, struggles to understand his newfound plight. His journey of intuition, discovery, and effort turns into a deadly drama as he tries to stop the unquenchable thirst that drives him to destroy human lives.
