The kingdoms of Azeroth and Draneor couldn't be more different. Azeroth is a thriving human realm, ruled wisely by King Llane (Dominic Cooper).

His army, led by the knight Lothar (Travis Fimmel) and a community of powerful wizards led by the mage Medivh (Ben Foster), consistently protect the peaceful civilization. In Draenor, life is a permanent struggle between the rival races of Orcs, who are united by an invincible enemy, a plague that gradually destroys all life in their land. Their leader Gul'dan, using dark magic, creates a portal through which the Orcs can penetrate another world and settle there.

Coincidentally, their target is Azeroth, whose inhabitants are willing to defend their land to the last man, after all, they have no other choice. It seems that the destructive clash of civilizations cannot be stopped, but there are those who seek an alternative solution.
