We believe in environmentally friendly behavior, which is why we offer you options for easily and free of charge returning your old electrical equipment and batteries.

The consumer has a crucial role in the system of handling electrical appliances and portable batteries. Old and unnecessary electrical appliances and batteries do not belong in unsorted municipal waste, but should be handed over to collection points, from where they are sent for reuse or recycling.

The consumer must be informed by the symbols below that electrical equipment and batteries do not belong in municipal waste. The symbol may be placed directly on the equipment, on the packaging, in the instructions for use or in the warranty card.

How to get rid of an old appliance/batteries?

Why recycle?

Not only electrical appliances, but also batteries contain many recyclable metals such as zinc, iron, manganese, nickel, cadmium or lead. Some of these substances are also very dangerous for the environment and human health, especially mercury, lead and cadmium.

By handing over electrical equipment and batteries to a collection point, we save primary sources of raw materials and at the same time protect the environment from improper disposal. Unused batteries, especially lithium batteries, can cause fires when stored, so it is important to hand them over for recycling as soon as possible.
