We are excited to announce the new WWE 2K Battlegrounds from Saber Interactive, offering players a brand new wrestling experience with arcade action and fun gameplay, as well as new character, environment and movement designs. Players will be able to play as over 70 WWE Superstars and Legends at launch, with more to come after launch.

WWE 2K Battlegrounds will offer several game modes:
• Exhibition: Participate in Exhibition matches at home or on the road, anytime, anywhere, in local and online multiplayer for up to 4 players.
• Campaign: Join the adventures of 7 new up-and-coming players in Campaign mode as they compete for a WWE contract. Unlock new arenas inspired by locations like the Everglades, Bootcamp, Mexico, New York and Scotland, and get valuable advice from WWE legends like “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and Paul Heyman.
• King of Battleground: Compete in this online mode where 4 players face off against each other while 4 more wait to enter the ring and the last one standing wins.
• Online: Test your skills in online tournaments and Exhibition matches.
Battlegrounds’ eight unique wrestling locations will deliver fun action and interactive elements to add to the chaos, along with outrageous weapons for players to pound their opponents with. Drop from a military helicopter, crush your opponent with a car in a garage, and throw them into the jaws of a hungry alligator in a swamp. Legendary WWE commentary duo Mauro Ranallo and Jerry “The King” Lawler will provide the perfect atmosphere and bombastic commentary.

Players will also have the opportunity to customize arenas to their liking to add a touch of personality to each match and use the Superstar Creator to design their own unique WWE Superstar characters with different body types, clothing, hair and fighting styles.

WWE 2K Battlegrounds will feature a variety of WWE legends including Roman Reigns®, Drew McIntyre®, Charlotte Flair®, Becky Lynch®, Asuka®, Daniel Bryan®, Kofi Kingston®, Randy Orton®, Andre the Giant™, Undertaker®, Mankind®, Shawn Michaels®, Yokozuna™, Sgt. Slaughter™ and many more.
