Euro Truck Simulator 2: East! is an expansion pack that adds new cities and roads from Eastern Europe to the game, from Budapest in the south through Ostrava, Banská Bystrica and Košice to Gdańsk in the north. The new areas are more elaborate and detailed than those in the original game.

The following cities are depicted in detail in the game: Budapest, Debrecen, Banská Bystrica, Košice, Ostrava, Katowice, Krakow, Lublin, Łódź, Warsaw, Bialystok, Olsztyn, Gdańsk.
