For Jerky Chilli and Lime, we enlisted the help of two ingredients that play a great flavor concert with the meat. The first ingredient is more than typical for us, because we simply love it on everything and in everything – chilli. It gives the meat a great zing and the necessary spiciness.

But because we thought this jerky deserved some extra flavor, we added lime to its preparation. And the result is simply awesome!
