A CLASSIC REVIVED
Resident Evil 4 retains the essence of the original game, now reconstructed using Capcom's RE Engine technology, which delivers realistic visuals and additional depth to the story that was not possible at the time of the original game's release.

MODERNIZED GAMEPLAY
Developed by the team behind the 2019 remake of Resident Evil 2, the game continues the series' modern approach. Engage in frantic battles with the villagers of Ganaddos, explore a European village gripped by madness, and solve puzzles to access new areas and collect useful items for Leon and Ashley's constant fight for survival.

OVERWHELMING HORDES AND BAD SURVIVAL
Face hordes of ferocious enemies who threaten to overwhelm Leon with an even more diverse array of attacks than in the original game. Years of intense training have taught Leon new ways to wield his knife, helping him even the odds against a relentless onslaught of enemies. By parrying enemy attacks, you can avoid debilitating damage and dodge enemy lunges that try to grab and hold Leon in place. Use your knives wisely to finish off attacks on vulnerable enemies, and you can even use the element of surprise to stealthily eliminate unsuspecting enemies before your knives break.

RICH EQUIPMENT
The iconic briefcase returns, now allowing Leon to craft ammo on top of an item and manage resources. In addition to expanded storage space, it also features new customization options, including new colors and charms. Favorite characters and gameplay systems return with updates that provide more meaningful player choice. The Weapons Dealer will sell and modify weapons, in addition to offering ways to exchange collected gems for various goods.
