Play as Liao Tianding (also known as Liau Thiam-Ting), a Taipei city watchman and wanted by the colonial Japanese authorities. Rob the rich, feed the poor, and fight for justice on the streets of early 20th century Taipei as the legendary Taiwanese outlaw. Based on true events, real people, and real situations, The Legend of Tianding is an exploration of a place and time often overlooked and presented in the style of traditional Chinese manga.

Fight the colonial authorities in style with tanto, pas and fast kung fu in finely tuned technical combat. Perform advanced aerial combos, steal weapons from your enemies, fly across the battlefield with a caterpillar wing and grappling hook, and strike fear into the hearts of your oppressors.

Face incredible bosses like deadly courtesans, greedy merchants, and even warlords, each guaranteed to challenge you with their dynamic abilities and brutal attacks.

Explore the Dadaocheng area of Taipei City as it looked in the early 20th century. Run through colorful streets, ride a bullet train, and escape through dark sewers, all in the style of a retro traditional Chinese manga.
